Insurance Technician I
Location: Oklahoma City Office
Salary: $24,150 - $26,775 annually
CompSource Oklahoma is seeking an Insurance Technician I for the Oklahoma City office. Must possess six (6) months of business office or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting fifteen semester hours of college course work for the six months of required experience. Information Systems Data Base Administrator
Location: Oklahoma City Office
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
CompSource Oklahoma offers exciting employment opportunities in an environment where customer service and teamwork drive its workers’ compensation insurance business. We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic individual for the position of Information Systems Database Administrator in our Oklahoma City office. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining on-line data bases related to the storage, maintenance and recovery of data in a computer data base system. This includes designing, implementing and maintaining on-line data bases, security access systems, data sets and jobs, defining file or space utilization parameters, supporting data dictionary activities, installing vendor software products, and similar activities, training and developing technical support and applications staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information technology or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of relational database management system experience of which one of those years must be experience with Oracle database administration.
- Experience with Linux and Tomcat a plus.

Director, Human Resources
Location: Oklahoma City Office
Salary: $55,000 to $70,000 annually
CompSource Oklahoma is seeking an experienced, talented human resources director. This position will lead the overall human resources program for CompSource Oklahoma in accordance with our mission and appropriate laws, rules and regulations. To succeed in this position an individual needs to be able to manage multiple priorities, deliver results within established timelines, pay attention to critical details and resolve sensitive and confidential HR matters.
Our HR Director will lead and oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of CompSource’s HR programs, policies and procedures which include job classification, recruitment and selection, compensation, employee benefit programs, employee relations and recognition, staff development and training and department budget.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six years of professional level human resource experience; two years of which must have been in a professional level supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Knowledge of human resources management policies and procedures; of the Oklahoma Personnel Act and the Merit Rules for Personnel Administration*; of affirmative action and equal opportunity practices; of state personnel administration; of appropriate federal laws and regulations concerning employment practices; of interviewing and investigative techniques; and of business communications.
- Ability to plan, direct and coordinate the activities of others; to interpret, analyze and resolve administrative and personnel problems; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; to develop and present training programs; to organize and conduct several projects simultaneously; and to analyze complex situations and adopt an appropriate and effective course of action.
- Working knowledge of the Oklahoma Merit Rules for Personnel Administration and provisions of the Oklahoma Personnel Act helpful, but not required.
Salary commensurate with experience within a range of $55,000 to $70,000 annually.

Location: Oklahoma City Office
Salary: $48,000 to $56,000 annually
CompSource Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Accountant (CPA) for its Oklahoma City office. Candidates must have current certification as a CPA, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration, and one (1) year of professional level accounting and/or auditing experience. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation may be substituted for a CPA designation. Salary range from $48,000 to $56,000 annually. Workers’ Compensation Premium Auditor, Level V
Location: Oklahoma City and surrounding areas
Salary: $52,000 to $55,000 annually
CompSource Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Premium Auditor, Level V for the Oklahoma City area. Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of paraprofessional auditing or accounting experience for each year of the required education; plus one (1) year of professional level accounting or auditing experience; plus six (6) additional years of professional level premium auditing experience, two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory, administrative, or management capacity. A CPA may be substituted for one year of professional level accounting or auditing experience. Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill all job-related travel. Salary commensurate with experience within the range listed above. Excellent benefit package includes paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays and health, dental and life insurance.
